An essential function of the Thermodata system is the collection of data from innovative devices. Our commitment is to provide devices that are accurate, easy to use and install and require minimal maintenance.

T Button Products

T Buttons are small self-contained loggers that store readings at user regular intervals. On activation, the loggers collect temperature readings continuously.

Periodically, the readings may be quickly downloaded using the Data Downloader and transferred to the Loggistix cloud service for storage and analysis.

Each T Button is supplied with its Calibration Certificate valid for a period of one year. On expiry of the calibration period, the T Button is replaced with a new calibrated T Button.

T+ Button

T+ Button with Calibration CertificateThe T+ Button is a precisely calibrated logger, with an accuracy of ±0.1⁰C in the range of 0 to 50°C (32°F to 122°F).

Its small size (16mm diameter) makes it ideal for monitoring the temperature in confined spaces; such as: bench top and portable incubators.

It is also suitable for mapping heated microscope stages and other equipment.

To meet the needs of the Human Assisted Reproduction community, the T+ Buttons are available through our global IVF distributor network.

Features include:

  • Size: 16 mm (⅝”) diameter x 6.3 mm (1/4”) high.
  • Casing material: Stainless steel with a polypropylene gasket.
  • Water resistant enclosure (IP56) - Not suitable for long term immersion.
  • Operating temperature range: -40 to 85°C (40°F to 185°F).
  • Calibrated to 4 points: 0°C, 25°C, 37.5°C and 50°C (32°F, 77°F, 99.5°F, 122°F).
  • Accuracy after calibration: ±0.1°C (±0.18°F) in the temperature range of 0 to 50°C (32°F to 122°F).
  • Resolution: 0.0625°C (0.1125°F).
  • Logging interval: User configurable between 1 minute to 4 hours.
  • Reading measurement: User configurable 1 to 4 decimal places.
  • Number of readings: 4,096.
  • CE, FCC and UL913 Certification.

 

TL Button

The Tʟ Button is a calibrated logger, with an accuracy of ±0.25⁰C in the range of -30 to 70°C (-22°F to 158°F).

It a general purpose logger, suitable for monitoring freezers, refrigerators, shipments and ambient temperatures.

 

Features include:

  • Size: 16 mm (⅝”) diameter x 6.3 mm (1/4”) high.
  • Casing material: Stainless steel with a polypropylene gasket.
  • Water resistant enclosure (IP56) - Not suitable for long term immersion.
  • Operating temperature range:-40 to 85°C (40°F to 185°F).
  • Calibrated to 5 points: -30°C, -5°C, 20°C, 45°C and 70°C (-22°F, 23°F, 68°F, 113°F and 158°F).
  • Accuracy after calibration: ±0.25°C (±0.45°F) in the range of -30 to 70°C (-22°F to 158°F).
  • Resolution: low - 0.5°C (0.9°F) or high - 0.0625°C (0.1125°F).
  • Logging interval: User configurable between 1 minute to 4 hours.
  • Reading measurement: User configurable 1 to 4 decimal places.
  • Number of readings: 8,192 (low resolution) or 4,096 (high resolution).
  • CE, FCC and UL913 Certification.

 

TH Button

The Tʜ Button is a calibrated logger, with an accuracy of ±0.25⁰C in the calibrated range of 10 to 110°C (50 to 230°F).

It suitable for monitoring rapid heating and cooling processes over an extended temperature range.

 

Features include:

  • Size: 16 mm (⅝”) diameter x 6.3 mm (1/4”) high.
  • Casing material: Stainless steel with a polypropylene gasket.)
  • Water resistant enclosure (IP56) - Not suitable for long term immersion.
  • Operating temperature range: 0 to 125°C ((32 to 257°F)).
  • Calibrated to 5 points: 10°C, 35°C, 60°C, 85°C and 110°C (50°F, 95°F, 140°F, 185°F and 230°F).)
  • Accuracy after calibration: ±0.25°C (±0.45°F) in the range of 10 to 110°C (50 to 230°F).
  • Choice of resolution: low - 0.5°C (0.9°F) or high - 0.0625°C (0.1125°F).)
  • Logging interval: User configurable between 1 minute to 4 hours.
  • Reading measurement: User configurable 1 to 4 decimal places.
  • Number of readings: 8,192 (low resolution) or 4,096 (high resolution)

Data Downloader sideways

The TDHC Data Downloader is a robust, small, portable and easy to use.

It makes quick work of collecting the readings from the T Buttons – touch the Button to the Data Downloader reader for a few seconds and an audible and visual light will confirm the status of the data uploaded.

The Data Downloader connects to a PC using a USB cable to recharge and upload the collected readings. Read more.

 

 

 

Wi-Fi Monitors

The Wi-Fi monitors are fitted to the outside of a refrigerator, freezer or other equipment to be monitored. At user defined intervals, readings are automatically uploaded to the Loggistix cloud service using your existing WiFi network.

Each Wi-Fi monitor is supplied with a calibrated sensor and a Calibration Certificate valid for one year. On expiry of the calibration period, the sensor is replaced a new calibrated sensor.

The Wi-Fi monitor is fully self-contained unit and requires no external power supply. It uses two Lithium batteries that are replaced at the same time as the annual sensor replacement.

Thermodata Sentinel

Thermodata Sentinel Wi-Fi monitor

The Thermodata Sentinel is fitted to the outside of a refrigerator or freezer, from which a calibrated sensor, mounted on a flat tape is positioned inside the unit, without interfering with the effectiveness of the door seals.

More importantly, there is no need to drill holes or otherwise modify the refrigerator or freezer.

The sensor has an accuracy of ±0.25⁰C in the calibrated range of -20 to 50°C (-4 to 122°F). Read more.

 

CryoStorage Monitor  (Under Development)

The CryoStorage Monitor is similar to the Thermodata Sentinel and is specifically designed for monitoring Dewar flasks, used for the storage of genetic material. It connects to existing WiFi networks and is fully self-contained enabling the Dewar flasks to be moved anywhere within range of Wi-Fi coverage.
